Latest B2 Technology



The new Speedmaster XL75 offers the latest technology in the B2 format. It has many new features which include:

  1. All sheet travel elements are set to reduce makeready times and give a quick start to print production.
  2. The XL75 features simultaneous plate changers, controlled washup devices and an inline measuring system – the Prinect Inpress Control.
  3. The inking units and dampening systems respond immediately to desired changes reducing makeready times.
  4. Sheet travel is smooth and ensure stability and productivity without any marking.
  5. The inline coating unit and dryers offer special finishes at a fraction of the cost.
  6. The sheet brake and delivery air system safely stacks top-quality print results even at high production speeds.
  7. The Prinect Press Center helps ensure consistency and quality even at high speeds.

Covid-19 Update

During these uncertain times, we want to reassure all our clients that production remains unaffected, and we continue to print and fulfil all current and new orders to the high-quality standards you all know and love.

Internally safeguards have been put in place at Lemon Press including following procedures and guidance supplied by the BPIF (British Printing Industries Federation).

Sales and estimating continue as normal but to minimise risks, we have reduced the teams' attendance at our premises. Therefore staff that can complete their tasks remotely are set up to work from home.
